Dates also contain dietary fiber, calcium, iron, protein, magnesium, and potassium.

Ice Cream: Almond milk, banana, dates, stabiliser
Cream: Coconut Cream, peanut butter, carob powder
Treat: Stoneground wheat, peanut butter, canola oil, sugar, salt, linseed, apple puree, glucosamine, citric acid, white distilled vinegar, natural antioxidants, rosemary extract.
